Part-Time HR SpecialistPosition Type: Part-Time, In-PersonSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:45 AM – 2:00 PM*Additional hours may be required and requested by management as business needs arise. Extended schedules may include start times of 6:45 AM, 7:45 AM, or 8:45 AM.Position OverviewWe are seeking a professional, organized, and people-focused Part-Time HR Specialist to support our growing team. This position plays a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism. This is an in-person position and requires regular onsite attendance.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Posting job openings and managing job advertisements across hiring platformsReviewing applications and screening potential candidatesScheduling and conducting first-round interviews alongside the hiring managerCoordinating second-round and follow-up interviews with our upper management teamPreparing and sending job offers to selected candidatesManaging onboarding paperwork and employee documentationConducting new hire orientationsDelivering HR announcements during daily shift huddles as neededMaintaining records related to attendance, call-outs, tardiness, employee warnings, and potential bonusesMeeting with team members regularly or as needed regarding attendance, performance, and HR-related mattersAssisting with planning and organizing company events, including:Quarterly manager socialsBiannual company-wide team member eventsSupporting additional HR and administrative functions as assignedQualifications:Previous HR, recruiting, administrative, or office experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to handle confidential information professionallyComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentProficient with email, scheduling, and online job platformsDependable, proactive, and detail-orientedPhysical & Work Requirements:Ability to work onsite dailyAbility to communicate effectively with team members and management throughout the workdayFlexibility to work extended morning hours when requested by managementWhat We’re Looking For:We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and can help create a positive and professional workplace culture while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
