Free College Tuition from Strayer University for You and Your Family We will teach you how to: Assess Collison and Comprehensive Damage on a Vehicle Use Estimating Software and Repair Order Software Prepare Estimates in Accordance with Insurance Partner and Company Guidelines Work with Technician to Acheive Proper Repairs Work with Parts Advisor to Obtain Needed Parts for Repair Inspect Workmanship During Repairs and Quality Control Final Product Balance Work Ticket and Submit Final Bills to Insurance Carriers Maintain and Execute a Timerly Schedule Before, During, and After Completion of Repairs Communicate Clearly with Customers and Set Expepectations for the Repair Process Requirements: Automotive Experience Required - Parts knowledge preferred, technician or collision knowledge PA Estimating License Preferred but not Required Strong Computer Skills - Web based programs, fast typing Strong Math Skills Professional Personality Valid PA Driver's License Excellent Communication, Organizational & Interpersonal Skills Strong Customer Service Background Why Should I Come Work With Weavers?
