Control Engineer

This role focuses on supporting and improving highly automated manufacturing systems, including robotics and welding equipment. The engineer will handle machine standardization, new launches, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and enhance machine standards Design and program PLCs, HMIs, robots, and automated equipment Allen BradleyTroubleshoot and resolve controls and electrical issues across facilities Robotics (Fanuc/ABB – p12 Kawasaki)Support equipment installation, upgrades, and system integration Lead or assist in diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning machinery Drive continuous improvement (cycle time reduction, error-proofing, standardization)
