This role will play a key part in maintaining control frameworks, coordinating audit activities, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented, with the ability to lead initiatives while actively contributing to day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment.Job FunctionDeploy, manage, and enhance IT controls within internal frameworks, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Partner with IT and business stakeholders to embed controls into daily operations and monitor effectiveness, driving remediation as needed.Develop and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and control metrics to proactively identify and monitor risk.Produce clear, actionable reports for senior management and leverage data to support risk-informed decision-making.Act as the primary liaison between IT teams and auditors, translating findings into actionable remediation plans.Track audit recommendations through completion and provide guidance on audit expectations and control requirements.Identify opportunities to improve control frameworks, processes, and reporting while staying aligned with evolving best practices.Job Requirements3+ years of experience in IT risk, controls, audit, or governance rolesStrong knowledge of IT control frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g., FFIEC, COBIT)Proven experience supporting IT audits and managing remediation effortsHands-on experience with control implementation, monitoring, and reportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
