They are currently seeking a full time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join their team! \n8 Total Locations in the greater Warren, PA area\nLocated in the area since 1900 and serving around 40,000 residents\nOver 642 total employees with 70 total physicians\nProviders Role with the Company: Family Medicine Physician\nLocation: Warren, PA\nOutpatient primary care in the clinic setting\nMonday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm\nCall:1 Week every 2 months\nEstimated Patient Volume: 18-25 Per Day\nPA and NP support staff\nAssess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.\nServes as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.\nProvides high-value care; demonstrates good stewardship of resources by limiting unnecessary testing and referrals; and considers risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions.\nDocuments all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail to allow another provider to continue the patients care as well as to allow other parties to review the safety and quality of care provided.\nInternal Medicine Candidates: Cardiac management care is a plus. Ability to manage long term medication, read stress tests, EKG, and PFT is beneficial.
