Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in large-scale multifamily or healthcare construction projects ($30M+). This individual will play a key role in leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery in terms of schedule, budget, and quality.Key Responsibilities:Oversee ground-up projects valued at $30M+Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall executionLead and mentor project teamsCoordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractorsEnsure projects are completed safely and efficientlyRequirements:Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in commercial constructionBackground in multifamily or healthcare projectsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlinesFor more information or to be considered, please send your resume to jasmine.ingram@gogpac.com
