What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities
Selling F&I products and services to our customers
Attaining goals for gross production of financial services/products
Review customer credit applications for completeness
Utilize menu selling process 100%
Ensure all necessary documentation is complete for each deal
Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
Communicate with sales team to ensure every customer is handled efficiently and professionally
Ensure compliance with all laws & regulatory obligations
Ensure completion & submission of all financial documents where applicable
Maintain effective communication with team members
Promote and help maintain outstanding CSI
We Invite You To Apply – Key Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&I.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in automotive.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with high-end clientele.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a positive, collaborative spirit.
Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the prestige of the Audi brand.
Impressive work ethic, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Familiarity with CRM/DMS systems and data-driven decision-making.
Flexible - available to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays as needed.
Valid United States-issued driver’s license
Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States
