AI Implementation Engineer (Full-Time)

Responsibilities — What you'll do: ● Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases: Partner with businesses to build and manage a prioritized pipeline of AI use cases ● Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows ○ Develop prompts, structured workflows, and lightweight tools to automate business processes ● System integration ○ Connect AI workflow with core systems (HHAeX, Newton Smart, Snowflake) ● Ensure AI safety through controlled environment ○ Manage AI environments, including access controls, permissions ○ Establish guidelines for handling PHI ○ Monitor usage, performance ○ Maintain auditability and traceability of AI workflows ● Build internal AI capability ○ Ensure core knowledge and capabilities are retained in-house, even when working with external vendors ○ Support training and enablement of AI across staff ○ Manage centralized library of prompts, skills and best practices Qualifications — We need someone who: ● Has 1-3 years of development experience. ● Has a bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field. ● Basic programming skills (e.g., Node.js, Python) ● Strong logical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into automated workflows ● Good communication skills and a proactive learning attitude ● Understanding of fundamental IT support concepts (operating systems, networking, common troubleshooting) Nice to Have: ● Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS) or API integrations ● Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, ES6). ● Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL) ● Familiarity with software best practice: Git, version control, clean code principles. ● Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus.
