You should be someone who's ready to build real ownership in a role and grow with a company that will invest in you as you do.What You'll DoCoordinate multiple concurrent projects across federal, state, and commercial contracts, tracking timelines, deliverables, and objectivesTrack project-level budgets, spend, and burn rate, flagging variances and funding changesTrack and reconcile customer, subcontractor, and vendor invoicesTrack timesheets and labor hours against contract labor categories for T&M and firm fixed price billingManage partner, client, and employee correspondenceBuild and run meeting agendas, track action items to closureMaintain deliverable schedules and document version controlCoordinate recruiting activity, including postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate trackingCoordinate onboarding and offboarding, including access and badging for cleared personnelContribute past performance write-ups and metrics from contracts you manageWhat You'll Need3-5 years of experience in project coordination or program supportActive Secret security clearance or higherProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExperience with Monday.com or similar project management platformsExperience supporting federal contracts and IT programsWorking knowledge of contract types, task orders, IDIQs, GWACs, and federal contracting terminologyWhy LaunchTech?LaunchTech is built on a single standard: Excellence, Period.
