Dietary Support Associate (Floor Stock)Location: Aurora, CO Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dietary Support Associate to join our team in Aurora, CO. This role is a versatile position supporting multiple areas of kitchen operation, including floor stock, dishwashing, and tray line service. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Stock and maintain food, supplies, and inventory on designated floors (Floor Stock)Assist with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and service areasPrepare and assemble meal trays accurately on the tray lineFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesSupport kitchen operations as needed across departmentsCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsSchedule: After training, the schedule will be as follows:Weekly Hours Average 32-40 hours per week. Rotating Schedule including 4-5 days in a row, 2-3 days off in a row. This position includes weekends and holidays: 5:30 AM 2:00 PMQualifications:Ability to read and speak English requiredAbility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts as neededStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsAbility to stand for long periods and perform physically active tasksPrevious food service or healthcare dietary experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly pay at $20/hourConsistent scheduling with opportunity for additional shiftsTeam-oriented work environment
