Personal Injury Case Manager

Ghobadi Law Group APC is hiring a Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager.Our firm is growing, and we’re excited to add an experienced bilingual Spanish/English Case Manager to our busy personal injury practice. Ghobadi Law Group APC represents clients throughout California in personal injury matters, including auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death cases.This is a full-time, in-office position located in Irvine, CA. We are looking for someone who wants long-term growth and can confidently manage a full pre-litigation caseload from intake through demand and settlement with consistency, urgency, and professionalism.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling personal injury cases from start to finish. Strong client communication, file management, follow-through, and the ability to keep cases moving are essential.Responsibilities include:Managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake to settlementCommunicating with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other partiesCoordinating treatment and tracking case progressGathering records, bills, liens, insurance information, and other case documentationMaintaining organized, fully documented, attorney-ready filesIdentifying and escalating liability, coverage, damages, treatment, or settlement issuesDrafting demands, preparing demand packages, and negotiating settlements directly with adjustersProviding litigation support as needed, including calendaring, deadlines, discovery support, and file preparationQualifications:Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written3–5+ years of hands-on pre-litigation personal injury case management experienceExperience handling cases from intake through settlementExperience drafting demands and negotiating with insurance adjustersStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and case management softwareAbility to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, client-focused, and team-orientedThis is an in-office position.
