Bojangles Crew Member FDY, Inc Full Job Description FDY, Inc., located at THE CHARLOTTE DOUGLAS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, is seeking full time and/or part time applicants that are available to work the morning (AM) shift. Applicants must be willing to work at a very fast pace and work schedule as required by manager. Applicants must have great customer service skills and should enjoy meeting people from all parts of the country. This position is located in the Charlotte Douglas International Airport at the FDY, Inc. Bojangles store on Concourse B. Previous experience with a Bojangles' franchise or other fast food restaurant is preferred, but not mandatory. Store operating hours are Monday to Sunday from 5:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Prepare biscuits and other bakery items that require short preparation Prepare bakery items according to Bojangles standards Read all bakery order slips or verbal instructions on preparation and baking product Ensure bakery items meet quality and quantity expectations Bake the exact number of bakery items required Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in the work-place Clean baking prep are to include cooking surface, utensils and floors Stock and restock area as needed Operate large volume cooking equipment Operating with a sense of urgency CLEAN AS YOU GO Compliance with FDY, Inc.'s uniform, appearance, and operational standards as defined in the Associate Handbook Successful candidates: Must be an excellent team member and have the ability to work with multiple people. Have had baking experience Must be willing to train for all positions. Must be friendly, engaging, and must possess superb customer service skills. Must provide 110% customer satisfaction. Must be able to work at a fast pace and have a sense of urgency. Must be able to work complete scheduled shifts with excellent attendance and punctuality. Must be approved for airport badge through TSA.
