Project Manager - Roofing

Job Responsibilities: Actively engage in lead generation and networking. Submit a minimum of one repair/replacement project per week with all necessary documentation. Attend River City provided trainings, sales meetings, and one-on-one coaching Conduct thorough inspections, provide photo reports, and prepare accurate estimates. Obtain signed contracts from property owners and secure approval for scope and cost of work, including insurance claims. Collect necessary front-end payments and submit required documentation. Oversee job completion, collect final payments, and maintain comprehensive job files.
