Operate heavy equipment, perform dig-ups, and handle pipe fitting for water, gas, and drainage systems. Lead and mentor crews in the field, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance. Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication with homeowners and team members. Troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing systems with confidence and precision. Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with plumbing codes.
