Senior Program Analyst – Outreach & Events
Location: Egg Harbor Township, NJ (Onsite)We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Program Analyst to support outreach program planning, execution, and overall event management. This role plays a key part in managing outreach initiatives and visitor programs, including coordinating high-visibility engagements such as VIP visits, facility tours, and stakeholder events.The ideal candidate will bring a blend of program management, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach events and visitor programs, including VIP visits, tours, and multi-stakeholder engagementsManage event logistics including scheduling, speaker coordination, technology setup, and on-site executionOversee a portfolio of outreach activities, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelinesInterface with internal teams and external stakeholders including government officials, working groups, and industry partnersDevelop and deliver materials for internal and external audiences, including briefings, presentations, and status reportsSupport program management activities, including tracking deliverables, risks, and action itemsCoordinate and attend meetings, documenting outcomes and ensuring follow-up on key initiativesCreate and maintain project schedules, process flows, and documentation using MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio)Ensure a high-quality visitor experience by managing logistics and communications for all outreach engagementsRequired Qualifications:US work authorizationBachelor’s degree plus eight (8) years of relevant professional experience in program management, business analysis, event coordination, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience managing programs or events with multiple stakeholders and competing prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development and deliveryAbility to coordinate across teams and manage multiple concurrent initiativesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, and VisioPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting federal programs, outreach initiatives, or stakeholder engagement effortsExperience managing VIP events, executive briefings, or visitor programs
