Essential Duties and Responsibilities ExecutionAccountable for ensuring we are not out of food in the restaurant (take action) Ensures team members are in proper uniform and following the proper uniform guidelines Ensures all open and unopened product is labeled Daily curb appeal walkthrough Windows clean without fingerprints All equipment working Proper handwashing All food safety standards are followed LTO execution Leadership; primary and secondary responsibilities: leading team members when MOD Accountable for team members following procedures during the shift Setting daily shift goals and communicating them using a shift huddle/huddle board Talks team into and out of position -TIP TOP At least 2 Travel paths completed during the shift Guest surveys during the shift-ACR Table touches/guest interaction Resolving guest issues using H.E.A.R.T.
