Registered Nurse Float - Critical Care
This RN position on the Medicine MICU/SDU pathway offers mentorship, shadowing, and targeted training in critical care, focusing on ICU and step-down practice readiness. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, supervising staff and functioning as a charge nurse when needed.
