Systems Engineer - E2
Overview
In this role you will help define and validate next-generation sustainment solutions across multiple programs, shaping system architecture models and MBSE artifacts. You will support the Lead Architect and project teams, ensuring traceability from requirements to downstream development. You’ll work across internal and external groups to drive digital transformation initiatives in CAST and 1LMX-wide solutions. This position offers opportunities to influence architecture, testing, and technical communications in a mission-driven environment.

ResponsibilitiesModel next-generation sustainment solutions with the IS&I team and Lead ArchitectCollaborate with System Engineers and interfacing organizations to ensure alignmentReview and QA documents can ensure accuracy and traceabilitySupport CDRL development derived from MBSE diagramsProvide input to weekly project status reportsGather, analyze, and document technical requirements with project leadsTrack and report on technical and schedule status under guidance of a technical leadCoordinate with Technical Lead to align technical and business objectives with productsPrepare test plans, descriptions, and casesParticipate in regular telcos, IPTs, and Technical Interchange Meetings
