Overview
In this role you will lead day-to-day accounting for a private family office with multi-entity reporting. You will produce consolidated and individual financial statements, oversee treasury functions, and manage capital activity across private investments and real assets. You will ensure tax compliance across entities, coordinate with external advisors, and support integrated financial decisions with investment and legal teams. This is a hands-on role in a high-trust, detail-focused environment that values accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.
ResponsibilitiesOversee general ledger and financial reporting across multiple entitiesPrepare consolidated and individual financial statements for family members and trustsManage treasury activities including cash flow projections and liquidity managementRecord capital activity and update valuations across private investments and real assetsSynthesize investment data into performance summaries and assist investment analysisCoordinate with external accounting providers for tax filings and timely submissionsReview tax documentation (workpapers, K-1 reporting) and support tax planningEnsure compliance with evolving tax and accounting standards with external advisors and internal stakeholdersMaintain estate and succession planning documentation with legal counselCollaborate with investment managers, attorneys, accountants, and philanthropic advisors for integrated decision-making
