Job DescriptionResponsibilities/Job Description:Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic - Eden Prairie.Practice Details:8 primary care providers.Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.34 patient contact hours per week.Call Frequency: approximately 1:10 - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triageOpenings: 1.0 FTE Flexible schedule.As an Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).Community Information:M Health Fairview Eden PrairieEden Prairie is a thriving suburban city southwest of Minneapolis, known for its strong schools, corporate presence, and family-friendly amenities.
