This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that actively invests in its team and promotes from within.About the RoleThis position is open because the previous team member—who joined the firm in this exact role in 2025—demonstrated exceptional initiative and was recently promoted into Case Management. The firm is now looking for a successor who is eager to follow a similar trajectory.ResponsibilitiesProfessional Communication: Manage a high volume of calls, identifying which inquiries should be routed to Case Management and which require redirection to insurance providers or existing files.Digital Operations: Maintain the firm’s paperless environment by receiving, scanning, and correctly filing mail and faxes directly into the Case Management software.Office Ownership: Maintain a tidy, stocked, and professional office environment. This includes local errands to FedEx or the firm’s secondary location.Support & Logistics: Assist with firm events and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance organizational efficiency.QualificationsPrevious client-facing experience (retail, hospitality, or office) is a plus; however, a "growth mindset" is the primary requirement.While legal expertise is not required, a genuine interest in the legal field is preferred as the role evolves.A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for occasional local errands.Required SkillsThe firm is looking for a "perfectionist in training"—someone who naturally notices inconsistencies and takes pride in a polished work product.Comfortable handling high call volumes and views every interaction as an opportunity to sharpen professional speaking and listening skills.Quick to master new software. The firm utilizes Dropbox, cloud-based Case Management Systems, and digital faxing tools.A proactive learner who observes the attorneys’ needs and "connects the dots" to solve problems before they are assigned.Note: The firm values precision.
