Clinical Supervisor-(BCBA)Location: Knoxville, TNJob Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday-FridayNew Graduates: Welcome to ApplyKey Responsibilities :Clinical SupervisionServe as primary or secondary supervisor for assigned casesConduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide supervision across home, center, and school settingsTrain and mentor Program Managers (weekly/monthly)Lead clinical meetings with parents, staff, and leadership Program Development & OversightDevelop and update behavior intervention and skill acquisition programsUpdate primary caseload programs monthly (or as clinically indicated)Conduct intake assessments and prepare comprehensive treatment reportsMeet documentation deadlines:Day 45: Submit draft to Clinical DirectorDay 30: Submit finalized report to Authorizations DepartmentImplement feedback within 48 business hours Parent & Staff TrainingConduct individual and group parent training sessionsDeliver interactive and lecture-based training to clinical staff Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate records using CentralReach and OneDriveUpdate schedules daily (billable and non-billable hours)Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standardsMaintain BCBA certification through CEUs and professional development Qualifications :Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACBExperience supervising ABA services in home, school, and/or center settingsStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentCommitment to professional growth and development
