We also offer specialized services like development and manufacture of Highly Potent APIs and Antibody Drug Conjugation.Our capability as an integrated service provider & experience with various technologies enables us to serve Innovator and Generic companies worldwide.For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.comJob TitleMAINT TECH IIJob DescriptionPerforms preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency and safety of operations.Perform all preventative maintenance procedures to maintain equipment, facility, heating/cooling systems, pumps compressors, etc.Install, modify, service, and dismantle mechanical equipment with minimal assistance from a more senior technicianPerform calibration Preventative Maintenance on plant instrumentationTrouble shoot air handling systemsIdentify, resolve and communicate system/equipment breakdowns with minimal assistance from a more senior technicianOperate shop equipment as requiredPerform general maintenance including cleaning, emergency snow removal, painting, lighting, pipe cleaning and housekeeping Actively train on SOP’s, Technical Manuals and safety procedures as requiredMaintain cleanliness and order of work area to ensure cGMP and safety complianceAct as a representative of the Maintenance group in dealing with cross-functional team/task forces on issues such as validation, process optimisation and product/process interruptionsFull understanding of equipment, location and site layoutAssist external contractors as requiredWorking knowledge of DCS, bailey system and ADT securityChair monthly team meetings and follow up with action itemsComplete documentation such as maintenance logs, manuals and inventory control records as per cGMP guidelinesCollaborate with, contribute to and take initiative within the Maintenance groupPerform other duties as assignedCanada Salary Range :CAD35.00 - CAD43.00/Per Hour
