Java Technical Lead

Working with a leading technology firm specializing in financial services solutions, you'll join a team dedicated to innovating and building robust systems for debt management platforms. This company is at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge software that impacts global financial markets.The Role Own architecture, integration design, engineering standards, code quality, and technical delivery for Java/Spring Boot microservices. Lead technical design for REST APIs, event-driven workflows, and service integrations. Guide code quality, pull request reviews, testing standards, and engineering best practices. Own integration patterns with downstream services, OAuth2/Keycloak security, RabbitMQ messaging, and Oracle/JPA persistence. Partner with product, QA, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams. Mentor engineers and translate business requirements into technical implementation plans.What You'll Need 10+ years of Java engineering experience. 5+ years of technical leadership on enterprise microservices. Proficiency with Java 17+/21, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Spring Security, OAuth2/JWT, Keycloak. Experience with Oracle, JPA/Hibernate, RabbitMQ, Maven, Docker, and Git-based CI/CD. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related technical discipline.
