Remote Care Center Representative
A company is looking for an Overnight Care Center Representative, responsible for providing support and assistance during critical moments for individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities
Answer emergency and non-emergency calls, prioritizing and dispatching responses as needed
Monitor medical alerts and alarms while providing compassionate customer support
Record call details and maintain accurate customer information in the system
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting
Proficient typing skills (35 WPM) and familiarity with customer service software preferred
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
Minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps download and 5Mbps upload required
