As a CNC Programmer/Operator, you’ll play a key role in bringing concepts to life—transforming engineering designs into high-quality prototypes and production-ready parts that power creative, real-world solutions.What You’ll DoStep into a hands-on, high-impact role where craftsmanship meets cutting-edge technology:Program and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts for prototypes and productionInterpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to determine specificationsCollaborate closely with the R&D Shop Supervisor and Project Managers on daily output and project needsDevelop machining programs using tools like SolidWorks and MastercamWork with a variety of materials including wood, metal, plastics, and morePerform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is in top operating conditionMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspaceFollow all safety procedures and report any incidents promptlyParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement effortsWhat You BringRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED3–5 years of CNC programming and operating experienceStrong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawingsProficiency with CNC programming software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam)Experience working with multiple materials (metal, wood, plastic, etc.)Solid understanding of machining processes and equipmentStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and wear PPE as requiredPreferred Qualifications:Experience in prototype or R&D environmentsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)Flexibility to travel between locations as neededStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementReady to Create Something Exceptional?If you’re a detail-driven CNC professional who takes pride in precision and innovation, we want to hear from you.Apply today and bring ideas to life with PDS Tech Commercial.Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
