DescriptionAt Mother's Market, we're dedicated to wellness through exceptional retail experiences. As a Produce Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our produce department, ensuring quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, manage inventory, and contribute to the overall success of the store.Pay Range$24.00 hourly up to $75,000.00 annuallyBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, life insurance, & in-store discountsWhat You'll DoLead daily operationsOversee produce department workflows; manage inventory, pricing, and product placement.Support & develop staffCoordinate training, manage schedules, and provide leadership to team members.Ensure quality standardsMonitor product freshness, remove spoilage, and maintain cleanliness.Track performanceReview sales and labor metrics; implement strategies to meet department goals.Enhance merchandisingCreate attractive produce displays and execute product placement strategies.Take initiativeStep into staff roles as needed, including opening, closing, and covering shifts.What You BringExperience & SkillsPrior experience in retail produce and strong customer service techniques.Supervisory experience is a plus.Verbal proficiency in English.Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, squat, bend, and lift/carry boxes up to 70 pounds.Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including produce coolers and wet racks.Schedule RequirementsFlexible availability across various shifts and locations including weekends and evenings Why Join Mother's Market?You'll be part of a mission-driven company that values wellness, sustainability, and outstanding customer service.
