Role Description The Investment Funds Partner position is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY. As an integral member of the esteemed Vault 20 Law Firm, the candidate will advise and represent clients on matters related to investment funds, including structuring, compliance, and regulatory matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing legal guidance on investment management agreements, fund formation, and capital raising activities. The role also involves working collaboratively with internal teams and external clients to develop innovative solutions for complex financial and investment strategies.
