The ntegrated Behavioral Health Therapist is responsible for evaluating, treating, and coordinating the care of patients who are dealing with the behavioral health challenges commonly seen in the primary care setting, such as depression, anxiety, complicated grief, substance misuse, and opioid dependence. The Integrated Behavioral Health Therapist is a core member of a Collaborative Care team that includes the patient's primary care provider (PCP), a psychiatric consultant, and other healthcare providers (as applicable), seeing patients in-person and virtually based on-site at the primary care practice. About You Master's degree in in clinical behavioral h th field, as social work,counseling, marriage and family therapist, etc Active license and in good standing with the Arizona Board of avioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) orthe ability to gain reciprocity within 90 days of hire (we are unable to accept LASAC or LISAC unless it is in conjunctio with another license issued by AZBBHE) or the ability to gain reciprocity within 90 days of hire. Associae or Independent licensure: LAMFT, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LP Proven experience and competence with brief, structured intervention hniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy) is preferred At least two (2) years' clinical experience as a counselor, therapist, ocial worker (including internships and employment) with patients who have co-occurringmental health, substance use, and physical health problems Collaborative mindset and passionate about working with a variety of other avioral and physical healthcare professionals to provide "Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing" You're Most Likely a Fit If You arepassionate about increasing access to bh oral health services by tre the whole patient.
