Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and progress. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary team members. Supervise and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Ensure accurate and timely completion of required documentation. Participate in care planning, resident/family education, and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Rhode Island (in good standing). Strong clinical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
