Our commitment to quality customer service, compassionate patient care, and filling critical healthcare needs makes us a trusted partner wherever care is needed.The Client Scheduling Coordinator works with clients, patients, and active caregivers to identify open shifts and availability, and to coordinate schedules. The Client Coordinator understands the needs, requirements, and preferences of all client types (patients, facilities, referral sources, caregivers, and staff) and optimizes staffing ratios. Through daily interaction with clients and caregivers, the Client Coordinator builds relationships with clientele to foster additional business opportunities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Builds relationships with Maxim clients and active caregivers to understand their scheduling needs, requirements, and preferencesCoordinates and confirms schedule with clients and active caregiversRecords caregivers’ correspondence, needs, availability, and schedule in the system of recordEnsures all placements adhere to applicable compliance and contract requirementsPartners with Business Development Manager, Clinicians, Recruiters, and Field Support staff to debrief on staffing shortages, client satisfaction, and business development opportunitiesPerforms on-call as needed or assignedAssists with other duties as neededMinimum Requirements:High School degree or equivalent required, some completed college coursework preferredOne year of work experience in a team environmentMust meet all federal, state, and local requirementsProficiency in MS Office, Internet, and emailMust be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have exceptional planning and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills#HomecarePay Rate:Starts at $20/hour36-40 hours per weekWeekly Pay Bonus Potential $2000 annually to start
