Provide administrative support for the leadership team in HCBS and coordinate communication via phones, written and verbal communication . Provide support for special projects.FTE64 hours per biweekly pay period and 4 weekdays in the office (off on Wednesdays)Job StandardsMinimum of 1 year in previous related experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment Strong written/verbal communication skills, including excellent listening and comprehension abilities. Strong organizational skills. Ability to see, read, write, hear, and speak effective Proven customer service skills. Previous experience using clinical software & Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. Flexibility to deal with fast-paced work environment & rapidly changing priorities; ability to effectively multi-task. Attention to detail and accuracy working in electronic medical record Follows CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid), DHS (Department of Health Services- State of Wisconsin) and HIPAA guidelines.
