Field Services Engineer

E AND R ENGINEERING USA LLC is looking for candidate able to stay in OR or AZ site (either one). As our Field Service Engineer (FSE), you will be part of a team of Sales and Service Department who help our company install, repair and maintain ENR and business partners systems at customer sites. You ensure that our tools work as they should be. You’ll be a technical expert who will work with coworkers and customer to support in isolating and solving problems to maintain and optimize equipment on a daily basis. You will act as a contact point for customer to address issue, problem, and DOE support to drive our application further and expand our business scope. [Job description]·       Service in the tier 1 semiconductor company in the world·       Ensure a Safe environment at any time while performing any work·       Machine setup, installation and sample testing, DOE handle·       Machine issue responds and technical support regarding to installation and daily job·       Bridge between R&D and Customers, well-communication skills and issues recognize skill·       Support Machine maintains and provide technical support·       Daily machines maintain and make sure running smoothly·       Answer customer questions and assist customers in a professional manner·       Provide customer machine training·       Perform administrative and coordination duties, including pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports, and monthly reports. Prepare written technical reports on an independent basis.
