INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS TECHNICIAN

Job DescriptionPlease DO NOT APPLY if you do not have ANY experience as a Plastics Injection Molding Process Technician.INJECTION MOLDING Process TechnicianCentral Plastics & MFG is immediately searching for PLASTICS INJECTION MOLDING Process Technicians. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, outgoing individual with strong leadership skills and abilities. Experience must include extensive injection molding processing experience using a vast array of materials and operating both large and small tonnage presses. This position reports to the Plant Manager.RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise, direct, and assign production employees according to schedulePrepare and set up tools, machines, and/or auxiliary equipment to CPM standardsSet up and adjust injection molding processes to ensure product qualityProactively take steps to improve production efficiency and reduce scrapMaintain equipment as requiredTrain production personnel in areas of production processes and safetyWork with engineering and quality control to continuously improve products and processesPerform other duties that may be assignedJOB REQUIREMENTS:5+ years experience working INJECTION MOLDING TECHNICIANFamiliarity with injection molding machines (Cincinati, Engle, Boy, etc) and auxiliary equipmentKnowledge of a wide array of materialsExcellent communication skillsExcellent leadership skillsComputer literacyAbility to follow written work instructions and proceduresExcellent time management skillsPlease do NOT APPLY if you do not have ANY experience as a Plastics Injection Molding Process Technician.
