Senior Project Manager, Design & Construction (Airport Infrastructure)LHH is partnering with a leading private equity real estate investment firm to identify a Senior Project Manager to support a growing airport infrastructure portfolio.This individual will lead the planning and execution of complex construction projects, including ground-up developments, redevelopments, tenant improvements, and capital programs across a national portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project delivery from due diligence through construction closeoutManage budgets, schedules, cost controls, and risk across multiple concurrent projectsOversee design, permitting, and construction activities while ensuring quality and complianceInterface with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and development partnersDrive value engineering, contract negotiations, and third-party performanceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field10+ years of project management experience within construction or developmentExperience with large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or aviation-related projects preferredStrong leadership, financial acumen, and ability to manage complex, multi-site projectsProficiency with tools such as Procore, P6, MS Project, or similarThis is a high-impact role with a well-capitalized, growth-oriented platform offering exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects.What’s OfferedCompetitive base salary: $130,000 – $180,000Strong pipeline of local commercial projectsStable leadership and long-term growth opportunityBenefits package including health insurance, PTO, and retirement planEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
