Averus is committed to helping businesses remain safe, compliant, and operationally confident.Role DescriptionThe Branch Service Manager is a full-time role for a manager who resides in the greater Minneapolis area (within 45 minutes of the city). The position entails overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing service schedules, supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations, responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting service issues, and ensuring the efficiency and safety of all branch operations. The Branch Service Manager will also collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal performance and seamless service delivery.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills, including team supervision and ability to motivate staff membersOperational expertise, including managing schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and troubleshooting service issuesExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholdersProficiency in using online tools, service reporting systems, and technology-based communication methodsExperience in fire protection services, facilities management, or a related field is preferred but not requiredStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer serviceAvailability to work remote and commitment to full-time employmentA high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional professional certifications or training is a plus Apply on Indeed https://www.indeed.com/job/operations-manager-7ed3b0e82a813761
