On Call Commissioned Security Officer (Little Rock/Conway Metro)

Security officers assigned to executive protection duties must maintain a level of readiness that allows them to respond promptly when requested. Upon receiving notification from the client, supervisor, or designated company representative, the security officer must be able to deploy and arrive at the designated meeting location within ninety (90) minutes of the initial call or message. Officers are expected to remain reasonably available during their assigned on-call periods and must ensure they have reliable communication methods, transportation, and necessary equipment readily accessible in order to meet this response requirement. Upon arrival, the officer will meet with the client or authorized representative to assess the situation and determine the appropriate level of executive protection support required. Duties may include conducting a preliminary risk assessment, coordinating protective coverage, providing personal escort services, assisting with secure transportation arrangements, and implementing immediate protective measures to ensure the safety and security of the client. Officers must maintain a professional appearance, follow established company procedures, and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and operational protocols while performing these duties. Failure to maintain the required response capability or to meet the established 90-minute response time without a valid and documented reason may be subject to review and corrective action in accordance with company policy. This requirement ensures that qualified personnel can be mobilized quickly to address time-sensitive security needs and provide effective executive protection services when requested. Security officers assigned to executive protection duties must be currently commissioned security officers in the State of Arkansas and must maintain all required state licenses, certifications, and training necessary to legally perform armed security services within the state. Officers must remain in good standing with all applicable state regulatory agencies and comply with all laws, regulations, and standards governing private security operations in Arkansas. Security officers assigned to executive protection duties must meet the minimum qualifications required to serve as a commissioned security officer in the State of Arkansas and must maintain all required licenses, certifications, and training necessary to legally perform armed security services within the state. Officers must remain in good standing and in full compliance with all regulatory standards established by the Arkansas State Police Private Security and Investigations Division, which oversees the licensing and regulation of private security officers within Arkansas. Officers must also possess a valid drivers license and maintain access to a reliable personal vehicle in order to respond to assignments at various locations when applicable. The vehicle must be properly insured and maintained to ensure dependable transportation for duty-related travel. Officers are responsible for ensuring that their transportation allows them to meet required response times and to travel safely to client locations, meeting points, or operational areas as directed.
