Fractional Execution Systems Lead

Anchor Point is installing a formal execution system to support scale. This role exists to ensure that leadership decisions convert into consistent, visible execution across the organization.This is a peer role to the Chief of Staff.- The Chief of Staff owns execution outcomes.- This role owns the system that ensures execution actually happens.This is not a strategist role. This is not an assistant role. This is a systems authority role.Scope:- Design, install, and operate the organization’s weekly execution cadence- Own meeting architecture (exec + leadership) including agenda structure, tracking, and follow-through- Enforce milestone and next action discipline across all objectives- Maintain a single source of truth for priorities, ownership, and timelines- Track and report execution metrics (completion rates, decision latency, stalled work, ownership gaps)- Surface breakdowns directly to CEO with clarity and speedAuthority:- Can require updates, ownership clarity, and next actions from leadership team members- Can enforce use of the system across departments- Partners with Chief of Staff but does not report through that roleWorking Relationship:- Reports to CEO- Operates alongside Chief of Staff- Aligns weekly with Chief of Staff to ensure system and execution remain synchronizedYou are a fit if:- You have built and run execution systems (EOS, OKRs, or similar)- You operate in metrics, cadence, and discipline- You are comfortable holding leaders accountable to commitments- You can maintain structure in a fast-moving environmentYou are not a fit if:- You rely on informal communication over systems- You avoid enforcing accountability- You need clearly defined tasks rather than owning a systemStructure:- 15–20 hours per week- 90-day engagement to install and stabilize system and then we go from thereTo apply, send:1) A system you have installed or run2) What changed as a result (metrics)3) How you enforce execution across leadership without becoming the bottleneck
