Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring temporary same-day general labor support for a leading food manufacturing facility.No experience is needed!As a temporary Same-Day General Laborer, you will be part of a team that plays a key role in supporting daily production and packaging operations for a company that specializes in tasty nut, trail mix and granola snack products.This is a true stand-by position. You choose the days and shifts you're available and show up prepared to work. While work is not guaranteed every day, requests for help are frequent—especially on first and second shifts. Apply today!Same-Day General Laborer Job Duties: • Pack product coming off the production line while continuously inspecting for quality• Monitor code dates on packaging and ensure weight/count accuracy• Obtain and organize materials such as boxes, skids, labels, and lids• Assemble corrugated boxes and apply labels or tape as required• Clean equipment at the end of production runs and maintain a clean work areaSame-Day General Laborer Job Requirements:• Ability to count and follow basic instructions• Ability to lift up to 50lbs• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods• Willingness to work in a food manufacturing environment and follow cleanliness standards• Ability to work full 10–12 hour shifts as neededJob Type: Temporary | Stand-by | Flexible SchedulingPay:• Day Shift: $15/hr.
