Senior Software Project Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational coordination of the engineering team — standups, sprints, demos, retrospectives.Track engineering work against plan; surface risks and blockers.Light Business Analysis: clarify user stories, document acceptance criteria, support product owners.Maintain regular delivery reporting in partnership with the Delivery Manager.Coordinate team capacity and time tracking.Partner with our PM / Product Owner counterparts on cross-team coordination.Required Qualifications7+ years of project management experience in software engineering contexts.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban delivery models.Strong grasp of project management principles.Experience building project plans, milestones, etc. from scratch.Strong English-language fluency.Available during US business hours, CT timezone preferred.Comfort with Business Analysis work.Strong attention to detail in time tracking and operational reporting.Experience working for US-based companies in regulated industries, reporting to US stakeholders.Nice to HavePMP / Scrum / Kanban certifications.Experience supporting US-based clients.Exposure to .NET / C# software contexts, legacy modernization projects.Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable tools.
