Service Attendant

Optima Dealer Services provides Staffing and Consulting Services to the most luxurious auto Dealerships. Role Purpose: A Service attendant oversees all the Preferred Fletcher Jones Owners by providing a five-star experience upon arrival at Mercedes Benz of Ontario with the Car Wash Check-in. Immediately Greet Guests upon arrival with a smile and warm welcome. Assist the Guest in locating the appointment on the X-time System. Double-check if the Guest has a Preferred Owner Sticker Perform a Walk around the vehicle with the iPad. Always look for vehicle damage and take photos of the vehicle. Photos must be high quality with the 360 system. Place the Service Tag inside the vehicle and tag the vehicle key. Have the Guest acknowledge the Service Agreement or the Service Tag. Ensure the vehicle key is on the Cup Holder. Direct Guests to the Fletcher Jones Guest Services. Requirements: Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond. Highly responsible, professional, and reliable. Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record. Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles. Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic Computer, iPad, and internet skills. Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality is a plus. Must be customer service oriented. Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members. Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills. Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments. Willing to multitask.
