Role Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician for a full-time, on-site role located in Pea Ridge, AR. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring compliance with local electrical codes, and performing routine maintenance and safety checks on electrical systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to ensuring project timelines and quality standards are consistently met. Qualifications Proficiency in Electricity and Electrical Work, with a deep understanding of electrical systems and applicationsExperience in Maintenance & Repair and the ability to identify and resolve electrical issues effectivelyStrong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and solve technical problems efficientlyKnowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and best practices in the fieldAbility to interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specificationsUnderstanding and adherence to local electrical codes and safety protocolsHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a journeyman electrician license is an advantageStrong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environmentPhysical capability to perform manual tasks, including standing, crouching, and lifting heavy equipment as required
