Equipment may include, but is not limited to:-carton erectors-partition inserters-product inserters (MPV, VPM, PLU)-foil dispensers-top closers-palletization equipmentManual responsibilities include:-loading, building and make boxes-hand packaging of bottles-loading labelsMaintenance includes:-perform routine cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operationsMaterial Handling:-Loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materialsDocumentation:-Accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks-Perform changeover's of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, ...)-Applies correct labels-Perform quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and packaging integrity for defects-HousekeepingWhat Makes You GreatPerformance Measurements:Accurately following all labeling proceduresQuality checksEducation/Experience:High school diploma or equivalent6 months of manufacturing experience preferredAdditional Requirements:Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hoursAble to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneouslyHigh cleanliness standards for the machines and work areaPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
