Commercial Cleaning Technician

Job Description We are seeking a Commercial Cleaning Team Member to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly project. This role may require working in an outside environment performing general cleaning tasks to maintain a consistently clean appearance around the project site.Responsibilities:Keep buildings, roadways, and project offices in clean and orderly conditionPerform heavy cleaning duties such as sweeping and vacuuming of floorsPerform routine maintenance tasksOrganize custodial closets and spacesMaintain working condition of cleaning equipmentConduct clean-up of exterior project site disposing of misc. trash and debrisComply with all required safety requirements​Qualifications:Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fieldsAbility to handle physical workload in an outside environmentWorks well with other team membersStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsOSHA-10 or 30 certifications preferred and strong promotion of safety cultureFluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred for this position to effectively communicate with team members, and vendors.Company DescriptionWe are a professional commercial cleaning company serving a variety of businesses across the Houston and Austin areas.
