A global technology leader is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to support U.S. Federal Government clients with their Data and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage IBM products to design effective client solutions, drive adoption, and ensure successful implementations while removing technical barriers. Expertise in IBM's extensive Data and AI portfolios is essential, along with strong customer-facing skills to navigate complex Federal requirements. Candidates with a current security clearance and project management experience will be preferred.
