We need someone who can look at how we build things today and make them fundamentally better — not someone who manages what exists, but someone who re-engineers it.WHAT YOU WILL OWNProduction line design — design and improve workflows from raw material to finished product; select tooling, configure workstations, and document work instructions and quality standards for every stationProblem solving — find root causes, not symptoms; track KPIs and use the data to eliminate waste, reduce rework, and improve cycle timeRegulatory & compliance — apply NEC standards to production configurations and manage UL submissions for new product approvalsTeam & operations — manage production staff, develop lead potential, own ERP data integrity, and coordinate inventory to keep production running without interruptionWHAT WE REQUIRE5+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering in cable assembly, wire harness, or electrical manufacturing — you have set up lines, not just managed themWorking knowledge of NEC standards and UL processes — applied in practice, not theoreticalRoot cause analysis is a reflex — you do not rest until you know why something failedLean or Six Sigma background — demonstrated application requiredERP ownership experience and strong mechanical aptitudeOUR CORE VALUESIntegrityAnticipate, Take Action, Own the OutcomeExcellence AlwaysDeliver Fast and SmartBe the Person People Want to Work With
