The best part is you would be joining a winning culture with Adecco while on assignment with our customer and have access to all our Adecco Perks!Perks:Shift : Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:00pmWeekly paycheckPay: $22.00 - $24.00 HRAccess to Adecco's Aspire Academy (https://www.adeccousa.com/about-adecco-staffing/adecco-programs-partnerships/aspire-academy/) with thousands of free upskilling coursesResponsibilities:Set up and operate any and all CNC lathes and mills in a safe and efficient manner.Callup programs and set-up tooling for CNC lathes.Edit CNC lathe programs, as necessary.Measure parts and make tool corrections as CNC lathe is running productionInstruct less skilled employees in the operation or set up of any CNC lathes and mills.Perform inspections of parts using precision measuring instruments.Perform daily upkeep and routine maintenance, keeping equipment and production area in good working order.Ensure that correct cutting insert is used for type of materialFollow instructions; written and/or verbal; from the production supervisors.Produce 100% high-quality, high-volume parts, with emphasis on reducing cycle time.Ensure that all parts are cleaned, counted, de-burred, assembled and handled properly.Comply with and support all aspects of the company's quality management program.Inventory and document tooling and inserts.Requirements:Technical College or Equivalent Experience1+ years of experience operating, setting up, and programming CNC mills and manual milling equipmentAbility to read and interpret CAD drawings and product specifications.Ability to use gages and measuring instruments such as micrometer calipers, etc.Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel within operation.Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers.Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.Ability to perform simple arithmetic.Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.Reading, math, and communication skills equivalent to a high school education and one or more years of related experience, or equivalent.This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
