Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Jersey City, NJ, with opportunities to work from home. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, and optimizing Radiancy’s presence across various platforms. Daily activities include creating high-quality, engaging content, analyzing key performance metrics to improve campaign performance, and staying current with trends to enhance brand awareness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with branding and marketing goals is also a critical part of this role. Qualifications Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)Strong skills in Communication and WritingExperience in developing and executing Content StrategiesProficiency in data analysis tools to track and optimize social media performanceAbility to operate in a hybrid work environment and adapt to a dynamic work cultureA Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with the behavioral health or wellness industry is a plus
