Your Responsibilities
Use your electrical engineering expertise (MV/LV systems, energy management, renewables) to support ETAP's real-world applications
Deliver technical pre-sales support: prepare, run, and follow up on live software demos and presentations
Analyze customer requirements and recommend fitting solutions (e.g., ETAP Power Simulator, SCADA, Microgrid, Caneco)
Document sales activities in Salesforce and maintain clear processes
Help target key customer groups and highlight relevant solutions (ETAP PS, ETAP Real Time)
Prepare tailored offers and coordinate ETAP consulting services, incl. technical support and collaboration with subcontractors
Provide technical input to the marketing team and support campaigns with practical insights
Communicate product value clearly and convincingly
Contribute to higher deal-conversion rates and increased product adoption — without revenue pressure
Your Profile
3–5 years of professional experience in an electrical engineering environment
1–2 years in B2B technical sales, customer service, or support
Experience with CAD tools (e.g., Revit) and simulation software (ETAP, DigSilent, etc.)
Basic understanding of electrical network calculations
Strong communication, solution-oriented mindset, structured working style, and eagerness to learn
Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
Confident with MS Office and at least one eCAD tool in a BIM environment
Class B driver's license
Salesforce knowledge is a plus
