ServiceNow HRSD Technologist

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technologist - HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform Manage daily administration and configuration of assigned systems to ensure reliable performance Lead the development of workflows and processes to integrate and automate manual efforts within assigned systems Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field with relevant coursework in computer programming or systems analysis required; Computer Science or related field preferred Minimum 7 years of applicable experience in a technology environment required Experience specializing in ServiceNow CSM and HRSD preferred ServiceNow HRSD and CSA certifications preferred; ITIL 4 Foundation strongly preferred Vendor-specific application certifications are strongly preferred
